ACHRO Lmao.. this car isnt a manual.. i didnt want to buy any cars after my accident, so my dad picked this one saying it would be safe, slow and not many mods available. Well it isnt fast, it isnt a manual, has some mods, but i am enjoying owning it and feel safe in the vehicle soo..

I kid you not I had a dealer call me down saying they got a manual in -- I get there, get in the partially wrapped car (literally just came in that day) and I ask "where's the third pedal". He almost died.

I drove 45 min to get there -- to have "it had the shifter, I thought it was".

I should mention I live far from "normal" stuff like car dealers so while it's 45 it's closer than where I bought either of my cars. :)

mac.mogul You have to pull up the parking brake, remove the parking brake boot, lift the arm rest, pop the tab on the center piece and lift it up over the parking brake and make sure if you have the interior lighting kit that you disconnect the lights in the cupholders before you try to wrestle it out all the way. Once you've got it over the parking brake it just sort of slides back and out.

It's very easy, if you're having problems you are probably missing a step somewhere...

The one that goes from the arm rest box to just under the stereo. The big long center piece with the shifter and ebrake.

How did you ger the panel off? My parking brake is not allowing it to slide out enough to be able to work on it.
