jmiller_1974 ^^Don't worry about the bills killing You, at least You'll be able to say You died knowing what the RS seat feels like on Your butt.

Oh, and I agree, TxFR happens every year(hopefully, lol) but the number of RS Foci coming through TX, much less Austin, are somewhere between slim and none.

Besides, Austin always goes SMALL for the Round Up, so I'm just maintaining the Status Quo

WRCwannabe TFR will happen every year, seeing a MK2 FRS in person in texas, wont happen as often.

im going to try and go as long as i get my qp's on this weekend i will be driving the SVT/RS possibly.
i got some bills that are killing me haha

jmiller_1974 Well yeah. Most folks are gonna be in Dallas, and folks in Austin have like ZERO motivation. So, I'll go if I'm the only one to show up.

jmiller_1974 ^^And after eating all that BBQ, a nap would be more in order than an almost 4 hour drive, lol.

WRCwannabe he told me (pm's) and posted in the thread that he was goign to drive it to austin for some bbq, (this is like month+ ago) and i suggested maybe getting a little get together for some of the guys and let them see the car and chat and everything.

he said his plan was to drive to austin and get some bbq and then have the car shipped back to Chicago, he doesnt want to drive 20 hours with a brand new 50k car. i wouldnt take the risk either.

so going to dallas would require a little extra drive after the wtfrsbbq meet
