|captcomputer||I get mine done at the place that does my oil changes. They maintain the car so if it doesnt pass then they are partially at fault.|

|sleepyboy||Ah man I just passed the other day and it only took 2 tries lol WAAAHOOOOO!! Don't worry as long has your check engine light is not on then you should pass. I've passed for 4-5yrs now, even get a free car wash. A lot of places don't enforce or even know what a focus should look like under the hood.|

that gets you a SAFETY ONLY inspection. If your car is in or around an emissions county, it is a DIFFERENT STICKER.
be careful about that becuase if you get pulled over and your address on your license is an emissions county, your FUBAR'ed (so is your inspector).
That is not something to mess with, as that is Texas DPS (state troopers) that deals with that stuff, and they crack down HARD on that.
nevermind the fact that certain idiots are talking about a hook up on inspections on FREEKING PUBLIC FORUM.

Inspection is all dependent on the mechanic you visit for it.
I have gone to one mechanic who didn't pass my car because of my tint and other things.
And then go to another mechanic and everything is fine. I wouldn't worry about it.
