I beg to differ. Both of my carry guns are .40 and are GLOCK!!! I love my Glocks. I have a G22 and 23. I'm selling my 23 and am going to a 19. But yeah my 22 is my work horse and my best friend!!! I'm going on a desert shoot really soon. I'll be bringing all my guns there and have some explosive targets aka tannerite and maybe some bottles of a certain gas... Now that ammo is coming back I'm going soon prob some time this month. Let me know if anybody is down. I live in north Scottsdale and will be heading 45 min north on I-17 so just let me know and I'll get a real date!

Nfocus lol.. "(The real self-defense calibers)"
Thats why I run around with a Walther .22 w/laser hahaha. makes it more sporty.. *ponders, how many rounds will it take to get to the center of his brain. One, Two, Thhhhhh... Opps only two..

Sounds like a bad tootsie pop comercial.

I open carry every thing... It doubles as a car alarm. You touch my car and the alarm WILL GO OFF!

Riff raff seem to avoid my area which isnt the best.. Ahhh nice and quiet. And being a Marine, they know i have more than what they can see, and I use them, its in the job description!!!

I guess i will get a CCW, no point since every one here can carry. Az and Tx... good places to live...

Lancer211 Well, it really depends what you want the gun for. If it's just for the "cool" factor...

Should probably specify what I mean by "better". My Smith & Wesson Model 65 in .357 magnum, my Taurus Model 66 in .357 magnum, and my Beretta 96G in .40S&W were all better self-defense handguns. (All since sold)

For backup or concealed, my Charter Undercover in .38 special and my Charter Patriot in .327 Federal magnum were both great.
