sailor You'd be better off just wiring them separately if you don;t have virtually ALL of the wiring already there. Even the guys missing a single wire to their headlight switch have fun making that small change.

There are other threads here actually FOR doing the fog light installation, search around.

But you're missing more than anyone I've heard of who was successful in hooking up the factory wiring.

FuhFuh Focus Reviving this thread.

I have done the stock fog upgrade on my car. My car has the wiring underneath. So I got the fog housings, grill, that relay posted earlier, new bulbs, and the headlight switch and my fogs still won't turn on.

Anyone have an idea as to whats wrong?

I'm just not going to take any chances anymore and I bought a relay and did the job the right way.
that would be a bad connection that causes that.. and yeah I find the best way is the proper way

All was good for a while (prolly a year) and then they started flickering and i looked at the fog light mod and it was melted on the ends. So i pulled that out and tried to figure out where to buy the relay to run my fogs. Now with the relay i can't have my fogs on independently or with the high beams but i don't have to worry about any wiring catching on fire
So with this relay you can run the Fogs with just your parking lights?
