Depending on the brand, type and HP your gonna get from a Turbo, the additional mods to your stock engine will be different.
The best thing to do is talk to a turbo vendor and ask what they recommended you do to your stock engine to accommodate their turbo.

|shellshock||ok so if i do with turbo just the regular its gonna be cheaper right...and what would i have to do to my engine to get it "turbo Ready", i dont think stock engines can handle a turbo|

if you want turbo, but don't want the lag, you could always twin-charge the car.
If you don't know what twin-charging is, it's basically a turbo-and-supercharged engine! You get the immense torque gains right from 1,000RPM (200 lbs-ft torque at 1,200 RPM, eg.) This is amazing stuff. Currently Turbo Magazine is twin-charging their project MR-2.

65mm TB = Larger TB over stock 52mm. Better throttle response and about 1-2WHP.
Turbo = Uses exhaust to drive turbine. Small time lag before it kicks in.
Supercharger = Moderate HP gains. Belt driven. Immediate response - no lag.

ichiban intake or something like that...also..im gonna probly do and ichiban exhaust on it just for matching reason's
How would i go about putting a supercharger or a turbocharger or just a turbo and witch would work the best..aslo its all stock right now besides the intake and headers if i can ever get them on
