As someone who has owned a 2012 SEL DCT and now a 2014 SE Sport 5Spd.....I'd say go with the stick. The manual makes the car so much more fun and the ST package really sets the car apart from most other cars on the road. But if you still want the sporty look without the stick, you can always go with an SE Sport that has the black appearance pack. The Sport package will give you disc brakes all around (standard SE has disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the back) and the black appearance pack will give you 17" black painted rims, the ST wing, black mirrors, black fog lamp bezels, and black headlights. Those two packs will add less than 2k to your MSRP. If you have some money laying around you can do the body conversion or go with 3D Carbon's body kit.
Either way, you can't go wrong. Just get what you think will suite you best and shape it to how you like it.

|Mazdamike0831||Welcome and the only correct answer to your question is....whatever YOU like!!! 2015 will have some revised parts that hopefully clear up some issues we have.. but the 2014 are good cars too... the ST package will just make it more fun to drive..|

Noobie here just checking in from MD. I'm very interested in trading in my 09 F-150 for a 2014 or 2015 Focus. Debating on whether to go the ST route or just a SE. Y'all are the pro's here and I'm just looking for some help...
