UnFocusedST I've seen a porsche break a fog lamp. My shifter linkage popped off the tranny. Also seen a subi go in a ditch, oh and a old car blew its auto tranny.

tibunger I've had my clutch go out during an autoX once, usually nothing goes wrong though.. I did see a guy in a Subaru WRX spin out and hit the curb, it bent the whole front right wheel underneath the car and broke the windshield... That's just a spot of bad luck though. Usually nothing like that will happen.

bobkat3999 i went autoxing for the first time on may 24th... my power steering fluid foamed, caused my power steering pump to fail which caused the power steering rack to fail.... warranty ftw but i dont plan on going again anytime soon w/ my DD

tlbig10 Tires and brakes are your biggest worries. Auto-x is like massaging your car compared to what the 1/4 mile does to it.
