ajs097 When I get into my 2013 Titanium Sedan with the upgraded Sony system, often I find that the music volume can be at max and it will only come out at 1/2 of what I know it can do. Normally, 1/2 is perfect and max vol. is way too loud, it seems to fix itself after I get out and restart the car. Also, the volumes for Bluetooth stereo vs radio vs usb music vs a CD are all different. This is extremely frustrating.

sailor Hope you checked off number 4 response STUTX, there are surprisingly few in that category so far.

strtrkstooge 2014 SE. 11,136 miles. Mild shuddering. Told yesterday clutches out of spec, ordering new ones. 6 weeks wait time. They reset PCM/TCM per invoice. Clock was no longer working after reset but found advise on how to fix this on this site w/o disc. battery.

True. So I guess owners with FF before 2012 can disregard. Everyone else - it applies...

So many problems that I will never buy a Ford again. Nearly went bankrupt due to repair shop bills!

STUTX One of your poll answers should have been, "So many problems that I will never buy a Ford again". I don't care if it's under warranty or not. Of course you're going to emphasize the negatives if your car is messing up all the time.

I think a positive experience is; no issues during the bumper to bumper warranty. I've had my car in the shop twice in less than 20K miles for DCT (Dog Crap Transmission) issues. This time they just reset the transmission module rather than replacing the clutch again with the "latest fix". This means I'll probably be in the shop again in less than 10K. Also took it in for a low speed rattle/clunking which they said was related to the transmission. I know this is related to the suspension or one of the engine mounts but they had my car 4 days and I couldn't stand the base model focus sedan rental car! Get this... even the rental car's DCT was acting up, worse than mine was! I told Enterprise about the DCT shudder on their rental car. As I was leaving, I saw him driving the rental car in to the service department! I would actually laugh if I wasn't having to deal with the same issue myself. Epic fail.

I get SICK of seeing the same service people. I get SICK of the spiel. I get SICK of being in a rental car. I get SICK of waiting in the service driveway and rental car office.

I WISH to God someone would start a class action lawsuit against Ford. I'd jump on that bandwagon so fast! I WISH I would have done better research on the focus prior to buying my lemon. I WISH I was in a better place to get rid of this carů

strtrkstooge Have appointment for my 2014 with just over 11K miles. At idle in park or in gear it will shiver every few seconds. Kind of like running rough but sporadically. Every few seconds. No dip in the tach. when it does this. Dropping it off Monday. Been doing it for some months now and mileage not great either. Only use top tier fuel. Shell/Exxon. Lifetime MPG just dropped to 28.4 today. A year ago this month I averaged around 40mpg on trip to Ohio and back.

lvrbn94 I drive a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 and so far I've had to replace both rear wheel bearings, my exhaust, and get a new keyfob. I'd say I've done fairly well for owning it three years.

leavingmarks Nothing mechanically, when the stereo is at higher volumes, the door panels and glove box can make a buzzing sound.

CandyBlue14 Nothing major just basic maintenance. I had a recall for the shudder problem I have once in a while but that is common in the newer models. She is a great ride!
