So low you'd need an inch/lb wrench to measure. (92 in/lb. max. is std. value for 6mm.)
Snug tight with finger pressure, if you grab a wrench & reef on it with your whole hand you'll break them off.
I assume you mean the strut mount bolts, the only top mount with three.
Edit - Miztaken I am, 8mm not 6mm so they're good snugged by hand.

|Silver04Focus||What kind of issues were you having prior to changing all of that? I'm having a strange noise when i turn the wheels left or right both at speed and at stop. the sound is like a creaking/grating noise.|

F1107575 M12 x 1.75mm x 95mm Long horizontal Bolt.
F1439239 M12 x 1.75mm x 30mm Small Rear Bolt nearest to wheel.
F4648148 M12 Nyloc nut.
F1088759 M10 x 1.5 x 56mm Bolt Torx (Balljoint knuckle)
F1444106 M10 Nyloc Nut
