|gonzorelic||get a set of 17 inch nitto extreme drag radials, some alky injection, and bump the boost up. launch at 6 grand after a good burnout and dont lift til you cross the line. this whill solve all your problems.|

|JamesF||A better 60 foot will definitely help out, but what concerns me the most is the trap speed. That trap is good for maybe mid 14's with traction. I really don't think the car is pulling that hard.|

I not a newb at te track...ive just never tried it with a boosted SVT at it......ill just get stickier tires and try again
But i do appreciate all the input...ill let you guys know with an update

Yep, don't epect high numbers when your a newb at it until you get a feel and learn the car and track.
There are alot of variables that can make a huge difference day to day. humidity, temp, tire type, fuel used, etc.
Take for intance my 15.4. track was unprepped, lots of fwd cars dragging water across the kine, high humidity, breeze coming from the direction of travel. crappy fuzion zri tires, and way to many other things.

|PapoSwing||What are you putting down to the wheels with the bbk? Take the advice from all these guys should help you out alot. IMO weight removal and stickier tires will make low 14's a constant and high 13's feasible with your new and improved skills of course|

one thing to watch on the strip is if the car ahed of you in the lane is fwd, don't pull into the same tracks, put one tire between.
should state this is if they go through a water pit first. the back tires will track water.
found my best was about 4000 and feather it out quickly. much higher alls you'll do is spin or heat the clutch up since it takes alot longer to feather it out.
don't dump unless you have drag tires on, unless you just like the smoke show.
i've had a best of 14.06 and worst was 15.4 (unprepped and greasy track) no matter what i tried it was 15.4 all night long. even a friends 10 sec mustang couldnt get out of the 12 that night.

I hit 13's with a PW kit on a regular ZX3. Get some drag radials (or slicks) and work on your launch.
they say for every tenth you cut off your 60ft you get 2-3 tenths in the 1/4 time

I think a very high 13 is possible with the right conditions especially with my trap speed being 94mph im baseing my rash opinion on the fact my subaru wrx ran a 14.11 at the same 94.54mph sooo...thats why I think with a good set of slicks and a cooler air charge i may be in and if it matters my r/t is the same between the two.
BUT WHY SAY IT WHEN I CAN JUST GO DO IT & get back with you guys later

|SquillyB||You should PM TParker, he has a ZX3 not an SVT but, I have seen him run mid to low 13's. He has everything done and I mean everything. Coilovers, race headers, FS stealth exhause kit, radical street cam set up, cam gears, chip, drag radials, car at 2250 lbs with him in it. You might have a lot of work still to hit 13's, not trying to discourage you, I've read your mod list and I know his is all I'm saying.|
