^^^ I ask all the 32 Ford guys with SBC in them that very same question... The true answer, honestly is they are cheaper... To build a Ford V8 the same as a chevy it costs about 30% more.

BTW< YES I can make it fit. Leave me the BB, and your focus. I have the blue wrench, we CAN make it fit. I PROMISE I won't hurt such a pretty motor, but I cannot make the same promise for the focus, but I"ll try my best.
