Not quite...he needs to lose the 67mm TB as well.
The TB is allowed in STU class, but so are AWD FI cars...good luck with that.

Dudes ZX3 Replace the ORP with stock and you could run in STS! Giving your tires arent more the 225 wide!

If you can grab a wide / light set of rims to run a set of R compounds while your in SP, that will make a world of difference! Also the intake manifold can be replaced or modified!

SM in the jersey area is fast ass m3's, upbercharged foci, and a n/a festiva. SM is sort of a catch all class-

DirtyDeeds Yes, you can run with an ORP in Street Prepared, Prepared and Street Mod
You're still legal for SP. You can add the Eibach suspension kit and still stay in SP. If you try SM, you'll be competing against maxed out EVO's, M3's and really nasty Civics.

Co0p3r So can i run AX with my ORP?? and what type of cars are in SM? lets say im a good driver looking to get full eibach suspension and way better tires.. would i have a chance?

I don't think so. He's still in SP. And the ORP makes you ineligible for any of the ST* classes. Here are a few quotes from the Street Prepared section of the 2007 rule book...

Vehicles may only exceed the allowances of 13.4 as specified herein.
A. Wheels of any diameter, width, or offset may be used. Aftermarket
wheels may be modified to install OE tire pressure sensors.
B. Wheel spacers are permitted. Wheel studs and knock-off wheel
drive pegs may be changed in length and diameter. Wheel bolts
may be replaced with studs and nuts.
C. Induction allowances are as follows:
1. Carburetors, fuel injection, and intake manifolds are unrestricted.
E. Emission control devices may be modified or removed. This permits
the oil filler cap to be modified or substituted, but does not
allow valve covers or cam covers to be altered to install a
breather or for any other purpose.
H. Exhaust manifolds and muffler systems are free, except that they
must be quiet and terminate behind the driver. Exhaust heat
shields may be removed.
