incubus625 hey whats up. i got all but 2 torx bolts out. i spent almost 2 hours just finding a torx t50. to make a long story short just go to auto zone, they have them. anyway i still cant get 2 bolts on each side of the car out, the ones that hold down the hinges for the seat backs to fold down. i think im just gonna have to spray it down with some wd-40. lol and buy another t50 i stripped the bit, but the bolt didnt even get scratched!!!

DrkKnight614 I'm thinking about doing a backseat delete. I hate driving other people around in the backseat, one cause I put my seat all the way back, two I'm always telling people to put their seatbelts on, and three, well gas is expensive lol. Anyway after reading thru this whole thing I got an idea about the foam. I might try this if I do it...the wood is a great idea and is probably sturdier, but has anyone tried using memory foam? you know like the foam matress toppers that you put on you bed. Not the huge ones lol, but the ones that are like 1-2 inches thick. One it would be really light, probably easily cut into shape and I'm sure you can staple carpet to it. Only thing I wonder how you can secure it down, its pretty light, so some glue or got an idea. Velcro. Thats actually a really good idea, not to mention it would be easy to remove if you want to put your seats back in. Then the velcro will still be there when you go to put your foam bs delete cover back in. Alright guys, I'm going to try this, I'll let you know how it goes, maybe i'll post up some pics. Feel free to steal my idea...but better give me credit haha

Ok for some reason I can't find any cheap ones. I have one on my bed that my parents got me, and I know damn well that they did not spend any super amount of money on it. I'll have to ask them where they got it lol

Blu Dienstag Sweet! yea I got in there shortly after my post and noted that its only 5 (from what I could tell) Trox bolts holding the two components in. (please correct me if I'm wrong)
Now the last thing. Would it be worth it? I really can't afford a subwoofer or anything fancy. I just think it would look bad ass.

KS1 yeah, the only thing that can be a little tough is the bolts that hold the seat belts in there, I think it's a T50 and you will probably have to use some penetrating lube and an extension, but other than that, it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to get them out

Blu Dienstag Hello, I'm kyle, short time owner first time poster XD

Anyways, I want to do this but some times I have people riding in the back.
So what I wanted to ask is this: How easy/hard is it to remove and replace the two back seat components?
(and sorry if this has been already asked/answered. I got lazy around page 4)
