SlowFoci I bought a progress rear sway bar kit, then i used 1.5" wide metal stock that was about 3/16" thick. i just made a basic "jig" and welded the brackets to the subframe, painted everything to stop rust and It all bolted up nicely. I need to post some pics.

The brackets I welded were jsut flat steel and after several weeks of hard cornering everything is ok.

The only drawback I had was that my sway bar was spaced too far forward and the end links were slightly angled, to solve the problem I made aluminum spaces that I slipped in between the flat brackets on the subframe and the sway bar bushings/mounts. Works great.

super6 Up until 2003 all rear subframes were predrilled for a swaybar.

goinloco1 no real bracket for the endlinks, just a hole in the arm that the bolt goes through thats already there. second to last pic shows the bolt. the holes in the top of the armwhere you see one bushing.
So yeah, they're already in the arm

fhg959 So you only need to weld the brackets for the bushings? The ones for the endlinks are already there?

goinloco1 Brackets for the endlinks?
are you talking the ones that are on the subframe?
holes and stuff are already in the control arm

fhg959 Hey loco, how did you go about welding the brackets for the endlinks? I can't really tell from the pictures. Also, what type of endlinks did you use?
