Birdman2007 yeah i would never sell them commercially. And as far as breaking away its just thin aluminum. good advice though!

fasterthanasvt its a cool design.. functional and practical. but also very dangerous. i would NEVER sell those commercially because you will get sued. the way a car's seats are designed.. when you get in an accident, the seats are designed to crumple to take some of the blow from your body. when you start bolting your seats together.. you take away that protection. not to mention the big chunk of alluminum conveniently placed inches from your neck. take a good look at the ones they sell on soloperformance.com. its designed to be able to break away in the event of an accident. its simply clamped on as opposed to your bolt on design. all im sayin is... be careful... and probably rethink your design so at the very least its only mounted to only 1 head rest instead of both such as the one from soloperformance or the other young chap who posted his video of him beating a passat.

Birdman2007 Ya know the most expensive part was the actuall camera head mount. the alum tube and nuts/bolts i got cheap cause i work at ace. the black camera mount was 29.99 at sportsmans warehouse.
