Bolt sizes for Kona rack
I mounted mine this past weekend on my 03 SVT 3 door. The correct bolt sizes are as follows:
Front: 6 x 20 x 3/4 inch you will need 4 of these.
Rear: 8 x 20 x 3/4 inch you will need 2 of these.
For what its worth, BAT has spare / replacement parts available for the Kona racks as of today. Their website is:
Hope this helps some of you.

|jdetrana||Cool. thanks. Jablon. I'm going to install the BAT rack first, then look at bike trays. I'd like to buy a Thule fork mount bike tray. But, I like this RockyMount site that has been referenced on this string. John|

I have the BAT rack and I put two Thule Big Mouth bike racks on it with no problems. Thule sells a "rack pack" version of the Big Mouth that has extra stuff to fit non-thule racks, but you don't need that with the BAT rack - the regular bike rack will work just fine.
I drove with two bikes on my Focus from Detroit to Los Angeles a few weeks ago without any problems.
