|pdavison9241||How much wrap did you cut per tube and the subsequent collector merge(s)?|

|xEzekialx||How do you guys dry the wrap after getting it wet? I wanna be able to do this with using the silcone seal right after.|

Just thought I would add my 2cents here.
I just finished wrapping my header and I would like to make a couple of points.
First of all, I had a 50 foot roll 2" wide and I was about 4 inches short at the end. Maybe I could have made the overlaps smaller but I didn't and I didn't want to take it all off and start again. So if you have a 50 foot roll then be aware that you may not have lots of room for error.
Second, definitely wet it. It's so much easier.
And lastly....wear gloves. The fibers in that wrap will itch like hell for many hours and after many hand washes.

|Handyman84||Well almost a year after last reply. How is that titanium wrap holding up? I will be getting an ORP soon and plan to wrap it and the header on my SVTF. Hope I get it looking good.|

cut to length! there are directions in the box. you gotta measure the primaries and add for curves and multiply and stuff.

|fast_ryda||i never sealed mine. 2 years later it's still fine. The sealer peels off anyways and looks ugly.|

|Justin svt||ok I have a few more ?'s I got the fiberglass wrap because thats all the local guys carried but I dident get the silicone sealer yet. it it okay to wrap it now and seal it later? (I would not be installing it until after sealed) and do you guys who have used the fiberglass do you feed the whole wet role through the tubes or cut to length? Thanks|
