Focistang85 AK_05_ZX5, you have a 4-door though, wouldn't that look a bit awkward?

I think of my hatch as a two seater anyways.

Zetecrazy, nice job! Would look nice with the cargo net up, or a rear strut tower going across.
no joke, between my bike and carrying my dog around the seats stay down most of the time. I bought a two door so I wouldn't have to haul people in my car. Nice job on the delete, looks awesome.

AK_05_ZX5 I thought about doing it to my car but i have a 8 month old son and the back seat does get used every once in a while...o well... guess it would look kinda odd to ahve a four door hatch and only two seats lol.

Focistang85 Actually, the rear seats in the SVT aren't bad. Better than my mom's '05 ST. I like the look though.

Looks neat and clean. I wouldn't do it. For one thing, I own a sedan. With the seat up, road noise is a little less.

Sure, the seats in back are cramped for anyone but children or double amputees, but I look at them as anti-carpool insurance. People take one look at that back seat and they just don't ask to ride with me. It saves arguments over what radio station or CD will be playing, having to vacuum the floor after them and worst of all, having to ride with pissed-off passengers after I tell them they have to buckle up and that they can't smoke, drink or eat in my car.

rockthezx3 You know what, after looking at this BS delete and a couple others, I decided that I'm gonna do one too. Probably this Friday. Thanks for the inspiration guys.

...how much do you think I could get for my backseats?

SVT_BMXer Well done. Mine has been one of my favorite DIY mods I've done.

I get asked that alot. I took mine out cause my BMX is normally in the back and from having my seats folded down so much it started to indent the leather. Took em out, made something very similar to the OP's. Mine also holds my amps and at one point had an additional set of component speakers on it.

Klondike i do consider my fofo a 2 seater, the back seats are pretty cramped, but my dad did ride in the back all the way to gb and didnt complain
