'06-'07 used front springs with a smaller top diameter on all models.
Folks have used the top hat & bushing from '00-'05 when installing earlier springs on those.
'06-'07 has the larger diameter front struts where they fit into the knuckle, spring base should fit on those. If you run into a set of shocks/struts for the earlier Wagons the "Omni Kit" to fit the smaller struts to the knuckle from Massive solves that issue.

|Swag_Wagon||I looked into the BAT springs but they only fit 99-05 wagons. That seems to be the case wherever I look.|

B.A.T. had Wagon springs still listed when I checked for another poster not long ago. Search in the Brakes, Suspension & Chassis area for that thread.
Intake is the same for all models, no "Wagon" differences.

|Swag_Wagon||My grandmother just gave me her 06 ZXW SES and I'm looking to really mess it up. I don't have the money to throw a turbo on it but I do want to drop it and throw in a short ram. I've been looking but i cant seem to find any lowering springs or intakes that would fit it! Any suggestions?|
