svtguy88 To answer a few people's questions from earlier....

The ZX3 Borla fits great, the only difference was having to slot the flange so the flex would bolt up to it. The length was perfect. My car's got 94k on it, and I think I only snapped off one bolt (and it was on one of the stock cat mounts, so I don't even need it), everything else came off with some penetrating oil.

It's been on for about a week, and the stock PS line is doing good fine....no problems yet, but I did bend it out of the way a little. And all I did to extend the o2 harness was cut into the wires and solder in some longer ones. Only issue is a small leak that I can't seem to locate....it's driving me nuts.

As far as gains, there is a noticeable difference. It really woke my car up. The header/orp/catback combined with the proted TB gives it incredible throttle response.

SS is good, but the construction of RT products suck. There is no way it should have broken. I find it pretty rediculous that 300 dollar exhaust item should break on a 130hp car.

kenpokid Be careful with the RT cat. Mine cracked and the catalyst material inside fell out of place. The things are overly priced and a piece of crap. Even the muffler shop that had to re-weld the cracks said they have delt with broken RT stuff before. Stick with an ORP or use an SVT flex/cat setup that is more solid.

......just a friendly reminder.....not that white_2k2_ZX5 did that today while in the parking lot, parking next to my car or anything...............

yes, I have picts.....YES, I WILL post them in a bit........

white_2k2_ZX5 Yes I did notice a power gain. I totally feel more pick up from the start and at any speed I am going. The headers and RT Cat gave me the most noticeable power gain to date. To answer some of the question on the post. It is a Borla for a ZX3. I ordered the headers, RT Cat and Flexpipe from Mcnews.... Ray is a great guy to talk to. Make sure that you call and talk to them if and when you order from them. I ordered the wrong headers. There is a header kit for the Zetec which gives you a spot to hook up the EGR. Which I ordered this past monday. So I will be looking for a buyer for the SVT headers on my car now... which have only been on there for bout a week now. The install was easy .... my car has 46000 miles on it so the bolt would have been a pain if we didnt pre-soak the bolts with some PB Blaster. If anyone have anymore question just post :) or PM me or my bud who posted the pics.

Thanks
Greg

p.s. Powerworks is next weekend :) WOOT
