Found a good how-to, Imma have to jack mine up a bit first, and then just use the small end of the bat, its going to be 102 degrees today, and on a black car I am sure I don't have to use a heat gun to keep the paint from cracking on the inside.....I'll post up some pics, Imma get it done right after work today.
I need my rears done maybe 5mm....so I won't flare it out, just bend the inner lip up to 80 degrees vs. the horizontal its at stock.
Well, if anybody needs to get lowered or rolled, let me know, I can do it for a small fee or barter, heheehehee.
And I know of two shops that will align you for cheap, seeing as most shops don't mess with lowered cars. Also, I know where you can get your car passed inspection, if you have any "issues", i.e. tint, headers, etc.

No, I got it done no problem. Feels good doing things yourself. So far I have done everything to my car myself!
its low! I need to trim some carpet out the back wells, it rubs on dips. But it rides stiffer than stock, and the svt springs, its just low, lol........I love it!
Now I know how to do them, I can help someone else out when they need it done!

|fallacious_focus||sounds like you have to drop the strut out...that is why the front takes so much longer. good luck man, if i didnt work weekends i would definately help and offer a little moral support.|

ok, my coworker has mcpherson spring compressors, now I found directions here.
But its missing a step, how do you get the springs off the strut without killing yourself.
"9. Install a set of spring compressors to the old springs and tighten them down just enough to put a little tension on the springs so that they won’t expand too much during the removal of the center (shaft) nut and cap assembly."
