zetecfreak Mods I have are,
4-2-1 Race Header.
2.5in Flex
2.5 trubendz exhaust with magnaflow muffeler.
Cold Air Intake.
Tune From Hypnotic.
17x7.5 Steeda Eurostars/ with BFgoodrich Sport Tires.
UDP from CFM
ANd soon to have a 65mm TB and Y2K intake, After that some SVT brakes.
I know driving time is impoprtant for times, but I enjoy working on my car so I wanted to know where it could go legally. Also I like SVT a lot so if it makes since to just buy one I would save up and get one. Im starting this year and geting serious next year.

OrangeSVTguy get everything out of the car as you can to help save weight, spare tire; rear seats... etc. NEVER go with a full take of gas. it's best to have just enough to run your few laps. take a 2 gallon gas can with you just to be safe you are allowed to run track tires but the size must be the stock size and so do the rims. it's best to walk the course a few times as they allow you to before the event so make sure you do that. you can sneak in with a good tune and they wouldn't know about it. that july 9th event sounds like a good time and place. only like a 3 hour drive for me.

i need to get my new class #'s, anybody have a chart that describes this so i know what my class would be with my new mods?

focusedaddiction ^^ he's correct!! seat time is your best friend !! period!! also a good set of tires makes a huge differance. get a short throw shifter too, more persice when blazing on coarse.
a little extra power doesn't hurt, but experience willl help more
my brother runs a WRX Sti and can't figure out how I can beat his times by 1-3 seconds lol!!
I think it bugs him a little once he learns how to drive that thing I'm toast!... maybe haha

Egz The driver is more important than the car. You will find more seconds on track with driving schools and seat time than any modification you will do to your car. Sure, a ringer of a car helps, but it does not gaurantee anything.

What modification have you done so far? Why are you aiming to be classed in SP?

zetecfreak I am in Sothern Ohio. The closes one to me is in columbus at OSU. The next one is July 9th. After that they are having a big one the 30th at OSU. That is all I have found out. My real question is, can I make my car as fast as the SVT, and still be in the same class. If not I will just go buy a SVT. Thanks for the help.

OrangeSVTguy you can't swap in the svt motor that would put you in a whole other class. my class being stock was "GS" stock, they were nice and had let me stay in that class the last event i was at and i had a strut bar and different size tires then stock.
