SVT03 Very impressive times, especially for the little modding you've done

Spec3VR6 i just need more track time with the car. Launching was truly a bitch..i didnt want to go TOO hardcore and ride out the clutch like i used to with my Corrado. when i held the revs at 4.5 and then slipped the clutch, i got the best launch of the day.

my front tire pressure was around 35psi..so im going to try and lower it and see if it helps. I estimate that if i can get a 2.1 or 2.2, i could nip 14's. It definitely is making more then enough power for that.

I go racing at Atco. I used to live a few towns away from there.

I have an AEM cai. Thing is beautiful, really glad i bought it.Makes GREAT power.

I ultimately want to get a vortec kit for it, once i get the funds. I had their kit on my vr6 for a bit and it was unbelievable. They make great products. Until then, i plan on getting a Borla exhaust, the rest of the motor mounts and a TB.

especially since the air is dry, it is cold out, and since he is on the east coast, his track is prolly below sea level or right at it.

Which track did you go to Spec3VR6? I usually go to Cecil County Dragway over in Rising Sun, MD.

interesting...I might try that with the 5 speed...cuz I think the time it takes me shift to 4th is allowing me to lose a mph or 2. Good times tho bro
