I have personally seen it fly...one buddy with a 2000 vette...and the other with an M3. Both told the cops that the car didnt come with a front plate mount from the dealer...hence no holes in the bumper and both got let go. Maybe they had nice cops but whatever. All i have to say is i got one so no unwanted attention for me

Dimitri76 Us lucky Canadians get to rock 2 plates (except in the province of Quebec). Most of the "tuners" rock the front plate by just tossing it up on the dash lol, which the local police like to hand out $125 fines for not affixing the front plate. So we just kinda deal with it and move on :(

Two plates my friend. It is quite common for dealers to sell a car w/o the front license plate bracket in place. However, that does mean you get a free ride.

mellephants hmm. my windows are all black... i have a 12" subwoofer... and no front plate. ooops. ive got the front plate on the passenger visor for now... i kinda wanted to do the tails, did you read that they were illegal someplace, or have someone tell you?
