Magus2727 good news is that the stuff shaft is relatively cheap and you can just get a new drum with a new bearing already pressed in. should not set you back more than $200 to fix your self.

Hellabertozx3 Okay I got good news and bad news. Good news is its just a wheel drum bearing. Bad news is I got all of it off but the inner part of the old wheel baring is stuck on the axle it seems welded.

Hellabertozx3 Shoot idk how to add pics!! But everything loos fine. I've had a ba bearing before and it's not the same as this :(

Magus2727 on taking the wheel off does the whole rear brake drum assembly wiggle? is everything rigid?

Hellabertozx3 Control arm looks in top shape, so I don't know what's causing it. I think it's time to go visit a mecenhic :(

Magus2727 The problem is the stock 00-03 ( i think ) did not have extra support on the rear lower control arm. The SVT arms had this reinforcement. The sway-bar, especially if a aftermarket one is used or poly bushing, puts all the stress on the arm. so its just the weak point. I think after 2002 or 2003 all Foci came with the extra reinforcement bracket that's welded on the arm.

amc49 Wow, I am continually so glad we do not get that amount of corrosion here. I got '00 that most of the parts would have very small rust spots once the gray dirt washed off. Bolts breaking or stripping heads rare here too, usually incompetence when it happens. Extremely rare to rust through big suspension parts.
