|sailor||With the universal quick reference guide, wonder how many will be complaining that their launch control doesn't work now.....|

No US spec Ford comes from the factory with a remote starter installed on a Manual transmission, and that includes the imported Focus RS. Only the DCT equipped cars can have the OEM remote starter installed.
Yes it does have launch control however.

If the quick reference guide is RS specific then I would think it's possible.

Of course the RS should be smart enough to be able to do it no problem.

Today the wife and I messed around in the RS (not that way)...getting her phone setup, getting the music setup, and setting up/checking out the nav stuff.
Also discovered dual climate control and the power button for the stereo lol. This is a good thing.
There is also a way to set speed restrictions on the RS as well according to the manual.
Giggled a little bit at the heated steering wheel thingy.
Read about remote start, but it didn't work when we tried it.
Sitting at 500 miles at the moment and can't wait for our road trip to FocusFest!

Bummed that I can't get the heated portion to work without playing with wiring :( But no SRS codes.
I was really surprised when it was buy one row of seats get another row of seats free at the junkyard!
