rambleon84 Finding a stock 2.3 header will be tough, not as common as the regular 2.0. After market performance ones are easier to come by but much louder.

Also living in Akron/summit county means echeck. Not sure you can pass with a performance header...

A header will replace the mani-cat, but not the second cat that's just past the flex pipe.

Yes it's will do that because the header was made for the 2.3 the 2.3 motor is about 1in taller than our 2.0

You can reuse them. Shouldn't have any issues. I had two separate headers on my Focus and the bolts never presented any problems.
