Does anyone have any justification on getting a stage two clutch I didn't think our cars put out enough horse power to have it even matter... Thought it would just eat our flywheels up faster

My bad for ASSuming they were for the DCT ... guess I didn't think the pure manual was limited in the way the DCT apparently is.
I do hope an aftermarket clutch pack is developed for the DCT though and have to guess that this being the #1 selling car in the world should increase that likelihood. OTH, it may well be that the aftermarket folks are worried that Ford will replace the clutches or maybe even the box (unlikely).

I assume these are clutch replacments for manual transmissions not DCT?

It was just a matter of time that aftermarket parts would become available for the worlds top selling car. I don't have DCT issues with my May 2012 build Ti and I would not want to be the first one to test out aftermarket clutches even if I had issues. Still, it should give some comfort to those that are having issues or who wish a clutch pack capable of handling higher torque/power.
