02 SVT infamous wiggle

I hate to start a new thread but I have read forever about this shimmy/wobble and cant figure mine out.
It happens going in a straight line, around turns, over bumps, everything.

So far I have put in new tie rods inner(one wore out) and outter, ball joints, sway bar endlinks(wore out), And this helped as I can now drive it without feeling like I'm out of control but it still does it.

The car has a prothane full kit installed minus the forward trailing arm ones. no play anywheres in the wheels now and all the shocks are dry but the front passenger side seems to bottom out on hard dips/ potholes
