FortWayneFocus I thought it was pretty easy actually, just take your time, even the lcd was easy, just follow the writeup.

calebstubstad it's a pain to do, hardest aprt is by far the odometer, as you gotta separate some glass and stuff too. i did mine in an afternoon, probably 3 hours in total. that's from when the first bolt came out on the dash, to when the last one went in upon reinstall. it is tedious to get all the green off everything, but it's so worth it when it's done. i'm changing mine to blue this summer I think, it's red as it sits atm

Red Instrument Cluster Done!

Just completed this project this afternoon. Love this mod! Added an extra led to.even out the brightness.
