FSWerks Stealth Exhaust in California

qq for anybody who has the FSWerks Stealth exhaust on a 2012 Hatchback in California.

Did the exhaust require you to remove a 2nd cat? I was under the impression, the car only had one cat at the exhaust manifold. But talking to FSWerks, they said there is a 2nd cat further down.

FSWerks said the exhaust replaces everything past the flexible pipe. I tried looking underneath, but couldn't really see if there was a 2nd cat.
