transmission clutch problem please help

just bought an 03 focus zx3 w/ (148,000mi) cheap for 675$.. prob is clutch is bad..(clutch was replaced 2 yrs ago)... i think.... i need further help in correcect diagnosis...

clutch pedal has absolutly no pressure.(but i see fluid in the rezivouir)..but will spring back up into position..
i can shift into gear with car off but cannot shift into gear with it running.... with car off .....and in first gear, i then start the car and it jumps forward... any thoughts.. would i just need to bleed the cluth or is the pressure plat and whol deal toast, or is there any thing els it could be... thanks for helping me, i didnt know where to post this thread so i posted here
