skiboy78 Posted via FF Mobile update. I realized that it isn't from accelerating. After making it happen more, I believe that it is more from the brakes and it is more of a groaning noise or almost like the brakes are sticking and the rotor eventually breaks free.... could my breaks be sticking and if so how do I make it stop?

Ford Focus ZTS noise?

My car has 75,000 miles on it and just recently it has been making noise from the front end. Every once in a while, the car will make a sort of "wow wow" noise that is almost like a grinding noise. The noise only happens when I am either coasting at low speeds and then press the gas pedal or it just recently started happening when I just move at the idle speed. It does not happen every time, but once in a while and it is slowly getting worse. I think it is coming from the front passenger side. I have read online that it could be the engine motor mount but I replaced that about three months ago. I was just wondering what could be causing this noise and if it is serious. Could it maybe be the transmission slipping? Any thoughts are great! thanks
