hockeydoc33 Just upgraded brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads.

GT Style Yellow headlight tint is on its way.

So Tune will be in the works.

Now I need suggestions for short throw shifters and suspension kits?

What have you used, liked, or disliked?

Money is no object but i'm not planning to go with coilovers.

Its purpose is to stiffen the connection between the engine/tranny and the car to reduce your engine tilting when it's applying torque. Shifting is said to be easier also. My dogbones busnigs are shot and when I step in/out of gas quickly the torque mount hits on the bolt really hard ( feels like another car rear-end me every time ). So I ordered a set from energy suspension

beatmaniac1 Many people said that ORP is a good upgrade. Would the exhaust be raspy and loud if i'd swap an ORP on my svtf ? I have no catback (stock exhaust ). I'd like a bit more sound (+ few hp's) but I dont want to keep getting tickets because its too loud ... I've already asked that question in another thread but nobody answered ...

1turbofocus The stock SVT exhaust should never rust as its a form of stainless

Tarmac I plan to upgrade the stock exhaust only if it rusts through.

SvviftSVT like others have said...
tune
orp/hfc
short throw
poly bushing for the dogbone
rear strut brace
then whatever level of suspension work you feel like.

So far the only thing done is a K&N Filter.

I have a short list but I am looking to improve handling, handling, and throttle response. This is my daily driver so it has to stay reliable.

Here's my list:
-Tuner
-Springs and Struts
-Headers
-Front and Rear Strut Bars
-Front and Rear Sway Bars

This list is growing but I am looking for suggestions and opinions.

Thanks!
for a street car:
springs/strut
rear sway
front strut bar (just for looks, and leaning on).
The OEM exhaust sounds great as is. I prefer it to stay quiet.
tune, maybe.
lightweight wheels and sticky tires

TedisMyNickname after putting an ORP, will the car smell?

edit: and to add to the topic, it seems like everyone suggests putting a CFM throttle body. Hoping the ORP doesn't make the car smell like gas, i'm hoping to add both, plus a tune.
