Mile30 Two months for a simple mix-up and return?! That's just ridiculous with so many other places to spend your money...

Glad they finally took care of ya, though!

AllCarFan I should have updated. I thought I did.

It took some time, but we got everything straightened out and they refunded my money and I sent the intake back. Weapon-R though....need to research their damn products before they sell them. AND....their sales/customer service/technical dept sure dont speak to one another!

I ordered an intake manifold from them. When i got it, it would not fit my vehicle. i called the manufacturer (weapon-r). They assumed that all focuses past 04 were drive by wire and thats what they designed the intake for. since my car is not drive by wire (and it doesnt say anywhere on their site it if for drive by wire only) they told me to return it to their vendor, tunedcustoms. I contacted them and they said they would handle it. A week later they tell me that weapon-r will not allow a return? tunedcustoms agreed to refund.

3 weeks later, no refund and will not return emails. I filed a claim with amex, who in turn, filed with paypal. tunedcustoms.com responded to the claim with nothing more than a tracking number. paypal closed the case. i HOPE amex will take care of this.

Steer clear of tunedcustoms.com or street tuned customs of PA. Email is sales@vr-speed.com. they are part of the tsv group.

look at their ebay feedback, it has been progressively getting worse!
