the guy at the shop had trouble removing the nuts lol he just melted them away, i dont know how much gains it had but it sure does feel different slightly faster acceleration thats for sure ... ohh and the sound didnt increase its the same at least thats what i think

So how did you get the stock flex pipe off?
I havent looked at header/flex on my car lately so I could be wrong but I didnt think they were just bolted on.
So the 2.3's looked like this:
and the 2.0L:
I guess yours is more like this but were the bolts/nuts easily removable (nuts welded on?) Were you able to remove it from under the car, with the header still on?
wonder what, if any, gain there is from the flex pipe...humm. I never wanted to deal with the added noise of an aftermarket header..

just svt wheels and spoiler for exterior svt stuffs. I put ford logo overlays on the wheels so they wouldnt say SVT too.

|sleepyboy||The FSwerks flex pipe fits both the automatic and the standard trans equipped foci. This is why it sticks out roughly a 1/2" more. Instead of making one for the auto and one for the standard trannies they just split the difference.|
