|sleepyboy||Feel with your fingers under it where the rubber part meets the metal part, if it's separated it's bad. I forget how the top should feel, over half the time it may look ok or feel ok till you take it off and look at the bottom. I can just feel them and know if they are bad or not.|

If the passenger motor mount top is squishy, is that a sign of it being bad?

|sleepyboy||Most likely it's the passenger side motor mount. That clutch combo is going to make noise as the other have said.|

|DEMENTED SVTF||Vibrations = new mounts. As for noise and chatter that's what the aftermarket aluminum flys do on the svtf. No need to go above stock clutch/fly unless u are turboed with more than 200lb torq|

A tune to help take the idle to 900 - 1050 seems to help that a log
If you have after market mounts and a Alum fyl then a tune is about your only shot at getting any kind of good quiet idle
If you dont have the funds for a tune you can unplug the Idle Air Control Valve (you will get a CEL) then set the idle to 1050 +/- to its gets quiet
This isnt ideal but it works in most cases

|StephenElsbree1986||Confused you got a heavy duty clutch and light weight flywheel and don't want chatter? Beside mounts but bf out poly mounts will cause more vibrations|

Too much vibration at idle.
Hi so with my SVTF, i got a spec stage 2+ clutch and aluminium flywheel, i am getting very bad vibrations threw my steering wheel and When im idling with it in neutral (clutch out), i have chatter. I am trying to get rid of all excess vibrations/noises so it isn't obnoxious when idling. Any ideas would be very appreciated.
