K Dog Just compared a ZX3 side rear glass. 2.2 lbs for Lexan, 6 lbs for glass. I'm sure the rear glass would be more remarkable, as would the door glass as they are larger. We drill a bunch of holes, countersink them, use a flat head screw (like this ), plastic nuts (to avoid overtorqueing) and a bit of sealant.

starfuryt550 How much less do those weigh than the standard glass? Are they riveted in?!

K Dog It's lexan. I just made some more for another of my cars. Could probably cut a few more if you're interested.

Karl is one of the owners/employees there. They sell custom Ford Focus parts and parts for other vehicles.

blackcervini I have to agree. I ordered the wrong pulley kit for my car and Karl took it back and sent me the right pulley even though it cost more. This will not be the last purple part on my car.

steeda423 I've known Karl for quite a few years now.

Massive Speed Systems is by far the best in the Midwest for Focus Performance.

A totally cool guy with great knowledge and resources to make your Focus go fast!

Street - Drag - Road Race - Autocross - Dirt

He helped me build this!
