I was scared that it had blown all my speakers (it didn't). I had to start the car to get it to stop and it only happened this once.

I have the latest update that I installed last Thursday, anyone else experience this?
My car did this once within the first couple months after I bought it new in March of 2012, it hasn't done it since.

slybarman I have the note II as well and messaging sorta works. When a message comes in, it will read the message. Take note that you have to say, "listen to message X" where x = 1, 2, 3 and so on. The command "listen to message" used to work but doesn't any more.

My phone will reply to messages but only using the touch screen while stopped - voice commands no longer work to initiate a message or a reply.

I've upgraded to 3.5 sync version.
Yeah. MFT v3.51 broke the messaging function with my Galaxy S2.

For every bug they fix, another is created.

There's already a thread for creating a playlist on a usb drive for access in Sync with MyFord (non-MFT). I'm sure this would work for MFT as well. Anybody with MFT care to try the instructions and report back?
I read this thread but there is one big difference with MFT versus Sync only. MFT supports exFat. This format allows MFT to see the flash drive as an external hard drive. A friend of mine with an ST was having the problem with MFT indexing and building voice commands every time he started the car. Changing to exFat seems to have resolved this for him.

Also, there is a far easier way to create playlists that work using a software program called Media Monkey. The biggest difference is that Media Monkey can manage your collection, devices, and autosync music and playlists. It will basically make managing your USB drive like syncing an iPod with iTunes. All updates and new playlists can automatically sync and update your device. If you pay for a registered version of Media Monkey, you can also create Auto Playlists based on multiple criteria. There are ways of getting Windows Media Player to work, but the program is god-awful slow at both managing the library and syncing the device.

Almost forgot, this thread has already been created. Here is the thread if you would like to link from your thread:

It's a well known audio driver error. It's not necessarily inherent in any version, at least as far as we know it's never been patched in any version of mft. Sorry to say there is no cure all for it.

I am interested to see what others say. I read up on Sync Sercives and came to the conclusion that I already have better apps to handle my needs so I just rely on Siri while I am in the car.
