DLQ001 Mine did the same thing, while driving the wipers would go intermittent, windows didn't work, cruise control would disengage. This happened at least every other day.

This is what I found wrong with mine:

Looking at the fuse box from the drivers side, it's the top left fuse. It's the #1 orange 40 Amp fuse.

Mine had a bad contact in the fuse box. I found it by pressing/wiggling the fuses until the wipers cycled (was actually at a job interview and needed to get the windows up). With the fuse out and looking at the contacts, one was a lot wider than any others in the box. I took 2 small screwdrivers and pushed them closer together. Haven't had any problems for over 3 weeks now.

Hope this helps you out.

wipers, window and speedometer problem help?

2004 pitch black svt, wipers turn on by themselves constantly and at that point the windows dont wona work either, if i move the fuse box in the engine the stop moving and some times they dont work and top the fuse box just a little bit and work again, only happens when is hot outside or been running the car for a while, also speedometer gets stuck when car is warm and is hot outside have to hit the dashboard for it to jump up to speed
