Sonic_HedgeHog Oh, so brubble is another word for RACECAR! LOL

_RED_ The exhaust pops while under decel, the unburnt fuel ignites and causes pops, backfires. lol

Sonic_HedgeHog I am unfamiliar with the brubble sound _RED_

_RED_ Or you can do like I did you a glasspack and a magnaflow muffler, its quite while cruising and has a nice deep tone while accelerating and a brubble while slowing down haha.

Sonic_HedgeHog A muffler slows things slightly and does cause some back pressure depending on design... Resonators don't do either but just cut resonation (sound).

Yep.

Bwill9886 My Borla setup is surprisingly quiet compared to every other custom 2.5" exhaust that's been documented on this site. I'm only running two mufflers and have the Steeda CAI as well, so it could be quieter. When I put the stock intake back in and drove it, it cut the sound in half at least.

You can find the thread for it in this sub-forum.

Do you have any suggestions or know of a brand/specific line of components that are known for being quiet?
