dmcarpentier No help at the dealership but oddly enough after they installed an update my phone connection was not working. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with sync and having them apologize and say they had done everything they could (phone still wouldn't work) but I would have to go back to the dealership today everything started working. I ran my first ever vehicle health report. I think that the car must have liked below zero temps. ;-)

treoless I had the exact same issue with 3.2.2. Tried everything including factory reset with no success. Upgrading to 3.5.1 fixed it. I'd ask the dealer to re-flash MFT on your next visit.

Pendarus Did you do a master reset after the update? Some have reported issues with the update that were resolved by doing a master reset.

Hi, Craig9080 -

I'd like to look into your issue as well, PM me your VIN and/or SYNC login ID so I can look into this further.

How did your visit go, dmcarpentier?

Shorty Long That's something I haven't tried. I'll give it a shot.
