egman2005 Hahahaha rofl. Some of us had to escrow the taxes. But 14 years my house will be paid off not that I'll last that long lol. Plus I'll start double payment when out of school.

klodkrawler05 we got ours a few weeks ago, in the $8XX range IIRC.

I do my own form of escrow called a monthly budget lol that way I get to collect 3% interest on the money instead of letting the bank collect interest.
