damn. anyone still working out or keeping track of their progress?
I slimmed down to 185 in jan-febish. was way too skinny tho. dropped down to a 14 3/4" arms, 42" chest, and could barely lift 70lb dumbbells on flat bench.
so I started lifting like crazy, got my diet where it needed to be, and basically tripled my carb/protein intake.
now I'm up to 215lbs. Can dumbbell bench press 110lbs, and just hit 245lbs on flat bench 8x last week. arms are up to 16 1/4" cold, and chest is about 46 1/2". pretty pleased with the results so far, but it's not enough. I wanna be bigger, more shredded, and stronger. lol

|lolibater||haha. damn. weight loss at it's finest for me was when i went into the hospital for wheat allergies. cut out all forms of gluten, and lost 40lbs in 2 weeks. 170 -> 130 never felt better. i do miss beer though.|

Sorry for not updating in a while...
I just finished a few weeks of sublingual HCG, I went from 192 to 179.5, so I'm done losing weight now, I just need turn the rest into muscle

wow. can't believe I haven't seen this thread until now. we have a thread just like this on our local forums. I guess you can add me to the list. Just weighed myself today at the gym.
32-33 size pants (pretty sure that's inches)
last time I measured my biceps, they were 15 3/4" cold (before my workout)
I'm more focused on gaining strength at this point, but do plan to shred up once I reach a comfortable size. You guys should post some progress pics to help track your gains. that's what we do in our thread. seeing everyone else's gains, as well as your own, makes it easier for you to not lose track of your goal, and stay on the right path.
I'll post some pics that were taken today @ the gym. hopefully you guys don't think I'm gay or anything. haha
