SlateTheGreat Hammy is one who likes to come back catastrophically, at least in my experience. Groin is one that lingers and you always feel it, it doesn't like to surprise so much as dominate lol

Adductor Strain

Worse. Injury. Ever. in terms of annoyance at least :). I strained my groin many months ago during track season and held together through nationals to come out 10th in the 4 hurdles. Started working out again and had to take a week off even though I have relaxed for 2 months. Moral of the story, warm up thoroughly even when you're thinking you are ok :). Anyone else have annoying injuries that keep cropping up???
