Right now my goal is to GAIN weight. I've gone on and off of working out over the years and have had the same results everytime... I gain a noticeable amount of muscle and I plateau very fast. At that point any work I do from then on does nothing. I have a very fast metabolism and just cannot gain anything. Very frustrating.
I know all about having to change it up to trick your body when you plateau, but that just doesn't work for me. I don't have a bunch of money to go on some kind of weird diet, nor do I have the time in a day to consume huge amounts of calories. I do eat a lot, though.

|Duffman355||damn dude. Nice work. I have started to see some more results since I stopped cheating every weekend and started eating grass fed organic beef. Unfortunately, my body is shot, so I am taking the week off from the gym next week.|

I'm on my own little thing right now. At my heaviest I was 330, I'm now down to 305 as of this morning. Gotta keep it going.
I'm a naturally big guy though, I look like a football player. So a comfortable weight for me to be at would be about 220-230. Lots to go!
