Like Tom said it will vary from person to person. Try it and find out. I have intake, header, and exhaust with toms normal 93 octane tune on my 2.3. when I drive nicely I get 35mpg. If I drive hard I get around 30. I was getting up to 38 before I added the header but that maybe because my driving habit changed.

Stock is 32-35. So its at least better? On the average. Of course depends on the lead foot driving.

1turbofocus MPG gains have been like HP gains , some get more then others so I hate to post something you may not get , I am still working on these to make them better but if you would like to try it just shoot me a email

focusmaniaczx3 any update on the mpg tune? im going to get with you in awhile for a tune update. might need you to take over my pc again... ill fool with the car all day with wrenches, pliers, hammer, and sometimes a shotgun if im having a bad day but the computer stuff just isnt my strength.

venomfocus I gained a ridicules amount of hi-way mileage with tom regular power tune. I still have the flip chip. The more mods i added the better it got.
