If you can find a "reducer", you could use the Volant on the stock SPI t/b. Just like the Iceman kits do for the SPI. The problem would be finding the correct reducer, length and openings wise... The one the Iceman sells with thier SPI kit might work, but I can't say for sure.
What one could do is find an SPI owner with the SPI Iceman kit and a Zetec owner with the Volant and compare ;)

|Cmmcc||I did happen to purchase a volant boxed intake made for a 2.0 but I guess its not a split port. What do I need to purchase to adapt it to my engine?|

|blueoval||I would recommend the Volant CAI, the only thing is you will need a transition fitting b/c it's made for the zetec motor. You should be able to find one at any auto parts store. I have to do this untill I get the TB that I had order. Hope this helps.|

SPI Cold Air Intakes
Wassup fellas, I am in the market to purchase a intake for my car, but as you guys already know everything seems to made for Duratecs, Zetecs, or DOHC's not the SPI. I did see on intake on www.focussport.com, but I was wondering if I had any more options. I just want a regular bolt on intake, nothing that will require me to change throttle bodies or anything like that. Any help?
