USARice That's what I figured already but I wasn't sure what just the map lights look like. I don't want to lose those. I do actually use the garage door opener "button", will have to figure out a plan b for it because I don't want it clipped to my visor.

USARice I'm hoping the guy who fixed my bumper will cut the hole for cheap, my wife is all for the ragtop but isn't so convinced about my cutting abilities. So I may wait on paint until this is done, since the roof was part of my 2 tone project. I am really unsure about what to do about the heafliner though....I have the sunglasses holder and garage remote piece with my map lights and removing the whole thing will leave me without map lights and look goofy. Was there ever a maplight only option?

I will say that when I do go thru a car wash, YES A car wash, when the High pressure sprayers are facing the towards the edge, It does leak a very little, Maybe about a 1/8 cup maybe. So you cant spray towards, As for the cold The heater works great even at 75-85 mph in 5 deg. weather. Rattle there is none.. I have had this car at 137 mph and runs smooth, The fading None because My car is garage kept.
I Love it and very happy I did it..
I am really glad you updated this. Living in WI my main concern is losing too much heat in the winter. I garage it at home and if we got a big enough snowfall could brush it off to keep weight off of it at work. I have a recip saw and a dremel so I am not concerned with being able to install it except for removing the headliner to trim that up. I have a sedan and I really don't want to have to remove the rear window to get it out. I REALLY want one though.

OP, looked through this about two years ago and remembered it earlier today after seeing a lancer wagon with this a rag top just like this on my way to class.

Kinda thinking about doing this to my sedan but I'm not sure about anything as reliability is by far my biggest concern.

Is it still holding up well? are there any leaks?
